“Exciting Progress”
I’m getting excited about the prospect of starting construction (“shovel in the ground”) on the new Ashley Ridge Church campus next year. We are moving forward on several fronts.
One aspect I am really getting excited about is the interior & exterior renderings (drawings). After we close on the new site next to ARHS and complete the civil engineering Schematic Design (SD), Equip Studio will be engaged in the interior & exterior design which will lead to renderings. These will give us our first visual glimpse of the new AR home base. How exciting!!!
Another exciting aspect of the process is happening on the financial front. We have established a Line of Credit which is available for building expenses, but with the success of the Push & Comp, we may not need to access the LOC until next year when Equip Studio starts work on the building plans & construction documents. This could save hundreds if not thousands of dollars in loan interest!
The way the congregation has pulled together and given so generously of their financial resources is inspiring and exciting at the same time! TOGETHER the future permanent home of Ashley Ridge Church is possible! THANK YOU for your generous support!!!
