Christmas Offering: You should have received a Christmas Offering envelop in the mail recently along with Pastor Jenn’s Christmas Letter. The Christmas Offering, as she says in the letter, will go directly to paying Building Project expenses. Ashley Ridge has been successful in moving the project forward with internal contributions and is why we are soooooo close to ground breaking! The Christmas Offering will be received during worship this Sunday, December 17th. You can also give online!!!
Project Notes: To date, the church has paid $1,020,590 in project expenses which include 100% of Land cost (12 acres), 94.6% of Civil Engineering fees and 57.0% of Architectural & Engineering (A&E) fees. During the past 4 years since the restart of the Building Program, AR has been able to fund the project internally thanks to your generous contributions! On the site permitting front, AR has received two important approvals in the past 24 hours (Land Disturbance & SCDOT Driveway Encroachment)! Let’s hear it for Cypress Engineering, LLC!!! Way to go! The next big expense coming our way is for actual building plans which will be completed by Dec. 31st. When competed, Ashley Ridge will owe a balance of $98,460 to Equip Studio. Wouldn’t it be great have this PAID-IN-FULL!!!
