In November of 2017, after a decade of talks and relationship with West Rock, we closed on 10 acres of land in the now blossoming area off of Highway 61 near 17-A. The land sits at the intersection of the first three phases of Summers Corner including the original section and the new Azalea Ridge area. We also have an option for a future purchase of an additional 10 adjacent acres to make a 20 acre parcel. Adjacent to neighborhoods like Legend Oaks, Victoria Pointe, and the The Ponds, Summers Corner now hosts the Rollings Middle School of the Arts as well as Sand Hill Elementary School and a Publix shopping center coming soon. Growth in the area is picking up speed and we are excited about the potential for our permanent home base for ministry in Summerville. In the last 90 days in the Azalea Ridge section alone over 70 homes have been sold. We have the opportunity to be an integral part of the fabric of Summerville for decades to come.
